Join us for a collaborative conversation around our business-focused monthly reading pick on Tuesday, June 16th!
No stuffy networking and no uncomfortable introductions, just easy-going and growth-focused conversation for business owners, entrepreneurs and ambitious professionals. Each month we will select one book to center our conversation around for the next month's book club. The best part? You don't have to read the whole book to join us. Just come with what you can. Seriously.

What is the House of Ivy Book Club?
I started this book club for the obvious intersection of three things I love (and realize you love too!) - learning, reading and business yapping. It's that simple.
This business book club is an opportunity for like-minded ambitious individuals to connect, help each other through problem areas in our businesses and careers, and to expand our opportunities through community.
This monthly gathering is not meant to be yet another obligation on your to-do list but rather something that is enjoyable, adds value to each person and is a release from the stresses that a busy business life can bring. Join us at our next Book Club meetup!
Who the Book Club is For
This is a book club for business owners, entrepreneurs and ambitious professionals who want to connect with other like-minded individuals and learn through reading, conversation and connection.
What Makes It Different
No awkward introductions, no run of the mill conversations. This group is meant to be engaging, enjoyable and thought-provoking. While we will have a structure, we also welcome productive curveballs!
What sets this group apart from the others:
- You don't have to read the whole book to gain or contribute value to the conversation.
- You'll create valuable connections with other ambitious professionals from across the country.
- This group will add genuine value to your business life and processes - it's not just for aesthetics!
What to Expect
While we said no stuffy introductions - we didn't say there won't be any. We'll open up with quick intros because after all - how else will you know who it'll be beneficial to connect with?? Plus - intros mean free advertising for your business.
We'll jump into book/topic discussions with guided questions. We'll use this opportunity to talk through real life applications of principles from the book and troubleshoot through our individual current problem areas. We'll discuss everything from likes to dislikes, to takeaways and ideas that the book has prompted us to add into our business immediately.
This monthly book club won't be all sunshine and victories, we'll be discussing highs, lows, wins and problem spots based around the topics of the monthly read. The goal is to use our monthly book selection to bring it all to the surface, and our community to help each other through the areas we have blind spots in.
